Responsibilities Include:
- Managing and growing the Affiliate Network traffic.
- Help and train affiliates on how to use the network platform.
- Communicate on a daily basis with Affiliates and offer strategies and ideas to increase affiliate revenues.
- Optimization of revenue generated through the affiliate network
- Lead and support technical integration to customer websites.
- Develop and take responsibility to develop the network traffic.
- Meet quarterly sales targets
- Manage customer relationships and be able to grow account business
- Develop business relationships and be actively involved in the recruitment, retention and activation of new affiliates
- Increase the number of active/producing affiliate partners
- Negotiate pricing and commission terms for affiliates on all campaigns
- Optimize affiliates accounts by effectively recommending campaigns relevant to how they promote
- Develop close internal working relationships to help define report requirements and optimize affiliate performance
- Regular communication over the phone and online with affiliates
- Research and report on all trends in the online affiliate sector
Requirements:
- Strong Sales/finance broker mindset;
- Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a professional approach
- Detail Oriented: An ability to complete a large volume of work quickly
- An interest in technology, e-Commerce and marketing
- Strong computer and writing skills
- Ability to demonstrate good fact-finding skills
- The ability to think creatively and strategically
You must demonstrate initiative and an ability to work with targets
- Moderate level of English is required.
- No military service requirement for male candidates.
