CRM Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
Responsible for strategy and execution of CRM based campaigns.
- Discuss with merchants to develop promotions for loyalty program members.
- Analyze campaign results to identify effectiveness of previous strategies and make appropriate recommendations to drive the business.
- Displays strong analytic skills and knowledge of customer segmentation.
- Develops and implements CRM programs from inception through implementation and follow-up analysis, ensuring on-time and within budget delivery.
- Must be detail-oriented and proactive, as well as strategic, with a passion for results.
- Responsible of CRM operations such as html creative production, mail sending, proof reading
- Must be comfortable in a fluid and evolving organization.
- Oversees the execution and timely and accurate deliveries of all direct/email campaigns
- Confident negotiation skills to secure promised benefits and offers with Merchants and vendors.
Qualifications:
- Strong conceptual and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management skills (e.g., balancing the need to check copies, proof artwork, write creative briefs, and budget execution).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or Engineering. from a four-year college or university (or related field);
- Zero to two years of experience and if relevant a track record of managing successful marketing initiatives.
- Background in customer relationship marketing in a retail, insurance, finance environment is desirable.
- Advanced PC application skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Intermediate to advanced campaign management software skills (euro.msg email platform)
- Able to demonstrate analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Good Command of English.
